What’s on your List?

We've all got one. A list of things we're done with. Done accepting, done performing, done pretending are fine. Ours got long. So we made it into a podcast.

The Fck It List is a podcast, hosted by Jasmin Bedir, Carly Pelham, and Jen Dobbie, three women who've spent decades leading, failing, and fcking thriving, and have officially run out of patience for the bullsh*t.

Impossible beauty standards. Menopausal erasure. Working like you don't have kids while parenting like you don't have a job. The gender pay gap, the mental load, the algo, the red pill, it's all going on the list.

Each episode, Jas, Carly and Jen debate what deserves to get in the bin, with guests who aren't afraid to say what needs to be said. Honest, funny, and fearless, for Australian feminists who are done playing by outdated rules. So listen in. And tell us, what's on yours?

Episode 01
Fck The Algorithm - Chanel Contos

Join us in talking about the case for algorithm regulation. If you’re a boy or a man, in under 23 minutes you’ll be fed extreme misogynistic content. We are now living in tailored echo chambers. Instead of trusting experts, academics and journalistic news sources, we engage with content from influencers who have “hacked” the algo.

Jas, Jen, Carly along with guest and activist and founder of Teach Us Consent, Chanel Contos, dig into what fuels the algorithm. what gets rewarded, why it's doing real harm to our children and how we might have a chance at fixing it.

Episode 02
Fck the Red Pill with Andrew 'Bernie' Bernard Part 1

That’s right, we're talking about the manosphere. Why is it that as women are going quieter, DE&I is being dismantled, and violence against women is getting worse, the loudest voices online are telling young men they're the real victims?

Jas, Carly, and Jen sit down with UK-based writer, educator and activist Andrew 'Bernie' Bernard, a man who has spoken to over 70,000 people about domestic abuse and coercive control since his sister was fatally stabbed by her partner in 2012. Together they unpack "manufactured male victimhood," the Man Box that's suffocating men and boys, and why the whole manosphere is ultimately just guys peacocking for other guys. They're officially adding the Red Pill to the FckIt List.

Episode 03
Fck Modern Love with Alex Yapps

In this episode, we're putting modern love on trial. From the dehumanising scroll of dating apps to the stigma of divorce, the impossible checklist we bring to first dates, and the conditioning that tells women they hit 35, why is finding connection in 2026 somehow harder, lonelier, and weirder than ever?

Jas, Carly, and Jen are joined by Alex Yaps , content creator, dating coach, and self-proclaimed divorce enthusiast who's on a mission to convince women that post-divorce might just be their best era yet.

Together they unpack the bar-is-on-the-floor reality of dating apps (gamification, ghosting, and the guy who "forgot" to mention his wife), why older women are being hunted by 20-year-olds with no bed frames and 60-year-olds who haven't done a day of self-reflection, the surprising case for dating younger men, and whether forever should even be the goal. They're officially adding divorce shame, expiry-date culture, and the algorithmically rigged dating machine to the FckIt List.
